The challenge isn’t selling more. Real profitability is won or lost in your operations: in the hidden inefficiencies, the missed opportunities, and the underutilised resources that quietly drain your business.
I know where to look.
I know what’s holding your business back.
I know where to start.
As your Fractional Strategy & Operations Director, I provide the strategic leadership your business needs from the outside. I identify where your operations are getting stuck, uncover what’s limiting growth and profitability, and give you a clear, practical roadmap to improve performance and scale with confidence.
Let’s talkDoes this sound
familiar?
Every month this goes unresolved is a month of poor decisions, margin left on the table and energy spent on things that don’t grow your business. That cost never shows up on an invoice — but it’s there.
An outside eye on your operations. I spot opportunities, remove blockers and turn your ideas into results. So your business runs better, makes more money and depends less on you.
Structure where there’s now chaos: everything in its place, with a clear owner.
And how much more you could be getting. I analyse processes, numbers and your team: who does what, what’s redundant and what’s missing. No guesswork.
With the numbers on the table: exactly where to go and in what order. You decide — but no longer in the dark.
I stay through implementation until the results show — and stick.
I’ve spent fourteen years making decisions where one mistake cost money, clients or reputation. That’s why I can quickly see where a business is stuck — and which decisions actually move the numbers.
I’m used to operating where a single slip costs money, clients or reputation: from international quality certifications such as ISO 9001/14001, which demand solid management systems, to premium clients who won’t tolerate a single mistake.
I design tailored training plans to boost each team’s efficiency.
Every task with a clear owner, from start to finish, with no bottlenecks.
I’ve been the face of the business to owners, suppliers and institutions — and where departments used to clash, I left teams that collaborate. Good relationships aren’t luck: they’re built.
I hit deadlines on complex projects while keeping daily operations running.
I make decisions with the numbers in front of me: I know where money dilutes away — and how to stop it.
You can start with the diagnostic and decide later whether you want me to stay. Or hire both from day one. It depends on where your business is right now.
Tailored quote
I talk to your team one on one, map the business area by area, and hand you a clear plan: what to change and in what order. It’s yours — even if you stop here.
By the end you know what’s holding you back and where to start. And the plan is yours — apply it with me or on your own.
Tailored quote
Where others leave you with a report, I stay on — directing while your team executes. The goal: for you to stop needing me.
My job is done when your business runs without me.
By the end, your team sustains it without you: they know what to do and why, without everything crossing your desk. My exit is part of the plan.
* I only take on implementation for companies where I’ve first run a strategic diagnostic. That’s why implementation is the natural continuation of the diagnostic.
I’ve spent over 14 years running operations in top-tier international hospitality — the UK, India, South Africa and Spain. Teams of 60+, in markets that don’t forgive improvisation. That’s where I learned to walk into a business, see what’s failing, and give direction until it runs without me.
Over all those years I’ve watched the same pattern repeat: businesses break when they grow without structure — and they change when someone comes in, brings order and truly directs operations. Today I do exactly that for companies in full expansion. Where the owner is already doing their part, but fights every day to get everyone else to do theirs.
On top of that experience, I’m trained in coaching, emotional intelligence and NLP — because installing systems without working with the people who sustain them doesn’t work. And that layer, the human one, is where almost nobody looks.
Today I do for growing companies what I did in the world’s best hotels: make everything work, make sure every person knows what they do and why — and get you out of firefighting so you can truly lead the business you’ve built.
